Katherine Ceaser, a military spouse of 20+ years and a mother of three children, relocated to Charlotte, NC with her family in 2013. While creating a balance between being a mother and a wife, she became a Real Estate Broker. She has over 10 years of experience working with military families with their relocation process. Her early experience was at the U.S. Army Garrison Detroit Arsenal Army Base while stationed aboard Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) in Mt. Clemens, MI. There she would work with military families and the Relocation Mobilization Deployment Readiness Program (RMDRP). Her responsibilities also included marketing, office administration, and the Army community service program. In addition to her experience with the U.S. Army Garrison, Katherine also held the position as the Assistant Property Manager in New Orleans, LA for military base housing.

Katherine clearly understands a family’s need for safety and security in having a place to call home. She takes pride in finding a home that her clients is looking for and seeing a family smile. Making it as stress-free as possible for her clients; while still effectively communicating with her clients about their dreams and goals. Whether it’s throughout their process of obtaining homeownership or selling their home and what that can mean to a family. Katherine prides herself on being positive, respectful, honest, and very detailed oriented.
